Community Wellness Training

As a member of the newly formed Santa Barbara Response Network, Lisa Jackson, MFTI, has participated in two advanced training sessions, led by Dr. Robert Macy.  As part of that group of clinical volunteers, Lisa will be going out into the Santa Barbara community to conduct Wellness Training to interested community organizations. The training will be ongoing and will include such diverse topics as Parenting Skills, Stress Relief Techniques, Anger Management, and self care. Schedules will be posted as available.

Eating Disorders Panel

Galen Garbarino-Wilson, MFT recently moderated a panel for Eating Disorders Awareness Month.  A panel of experts discussed the etiology and treatment of eating disorders.  Audience members were students, interns and professionals in the Santa Barbara County community.
